Title: backup not working

when i do a backup to the desktop not all the file a backedup such as mysql data base and user accouts is this a bug in  v5.02

First of all, make sure of what version you are running. Are you running 5.0 with the Update 3 blade installed, or the recently released 5.1.2.

Second, when you perform the backup to desktop, you should then be able to open the archive using WinZip (assuming you are using Windows), and you will see the actual files. How did you verify that everything was not being backed up? User accounts should definitely be backed up. For a full list of what it backed up, check this thread:

I am running v5.1.2

I did open it with winrar to verify the files
