Title: Supported Tape Drives

I'm having trouble getting a tape drive to work in SME Server 7.0. I've tried several already with no success. One was a Certance IDE 40GB Travan Drive, the next a Sony SCSI SDT-11000 and the next an HP Sure Store SCSI 20GB Travan Drive. Is there some place I can go to see an actual list of supported drives? The error I keep getting is Backup terminated: pre-backup failed - status: 256. Is it possible the service for the tape backup is not started? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
