You asked your friend to download the wrong ISO image. This is the cd with all the source packages.
You'll need this one:
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/releases/7/iso/smeserver-7.0.iso

Is there anyway to 'trick' it or anything with my current download (except download again, because its very expensive for me to download it (i live in pacific country)) so i can install it, many thanks!

Strictly spoken you could build SME yourself, because you have the complete source packages at your disposal. However this would require an already running Linux system and compilers. For a newbie this is as good as impossible.
So I'm afraid you will have to download the correct iso anyway. An alternative could be to have someone mail it to you (not Email of course).
