I am looking for some free or inexpensive link monitoring software. I need something that can use both ip and url entries. I have found one that kind of works by Huge brothers, but it does not update when a dynamic ip changes. I have about a dozen SME servers in the field, and would like to easily keep an eye on their online sataus.
Have been doing some digging, and have found only a couple that may work, but would like input form the great source of knowledge here.
All I am looking for is if the server is connected to the internet or not, and notify me either by popup or alarm sound on my windoze workstation. I use sme admin for watching other functions.
