Title: User Connection Time Accounting

Hi,

is there a utility or tool that can be incorporated in SME where we could monitor and limit the number of hours the user connected?  I mean limit the user to a certain number of hours and disconnect him/her from the network when the number of hours alloted is exhausted?  Or disable internet connection when the number of hours alloted for a certain user is exhausted?
