SAIL 2.1.14-332 has just gone up onto our download server. Lots of new stuff to play with.....
Trunks and extensions enhanced to show connection status (spiffy new icons) and IP address. This is the beginning of a set of informational/diagnostic add-ins. Also had a minor face-lift with additional panel buttons "in-window".
Enhanced time management package - all time management has now left extensions and gone into the AGI (where it should have been all along). Time segments now work by cluster so each cluster can have its own time management. Path lengths have been decreased and performance/cpu consumption both improved.
Conventional "tagging" is now supported in IVR so that inbound caller choices may be tagged and flagged to the callee.
Conference rooms and aliases are now exposed on all background listening
The automatic provisioning system now works fully for remote handsets using the regular SME http server/Primary I-bay. SAIL will load definitions into the i-bay for remote phones to retrieve.
New Call Forward suite, first introduced but not publicised in 322. Four new call forwards - Call Forward Immediate on Open (CFIMOP), Call Forward Busy or no answer on Open (CFBSOP) and their opposites CFIMCL (on Closed) and CFBSCL (on Closed). These, like all the other Sail call forwards have full loop and spiral detection built in (because they use the same "lookahead" engine in the AGI).
Kind Regards
