I know there was a place on the old site that had several screenshots of various parts of SME server. Does that still exist ? If so could you pint me in the right direction ?

It's in the wiki.

Unfortunatly, the wiki is down while the site is being rebuilt...

No, I don't think they were in the wiki.  There's some here (dated May 26 06 or newer) that are for the manual:

Someone could make a forum post with all the pics in it for the time being in the SME Server 7.x Forum maybe until we have a new wiki, and I'll make it 'sticky' - any volunteers?
