Title: Is the default spam filtering mechanism strong enough?
Post by: georgelee on October 02, 2006, 11:31:24 PM
Is the default spam filtering mechanism strong enough? As I know SME 7.0 includes spam email filtering function. Is it enough for this purpose? Or it is suggested to perform this in other ways?

Any suggestion?

Please try to confine your questions to the one question rather than asking it four times.

The default spam filter is very good and you are unlikely to need better. It depends on your situation of course, and volume of emails etc & spam exposure. Read my tips in the other post & enable some (all) of the other functionality as well for even better spam reduction.

The best suggestion I can give you is to try it and see for yourself.
