Title: webmail "Login failed."

Hi. I've installaed SME Server 7 and I login with my username: user and my password: password and I receive "login failed." Why?

Can anyone help me please???

Did you enable webmail?

Yes. I've enable it by Control Panel/E-mail/Change configuration e-mail accesss and I've enabled the WEBMAIL HTTPS ACCESS. Thanke for help. Can you have an idea?

'Login Failed' in the yellow box ?

1. Don't login as root.
2. Create a new user, set a password and now try that user.

Please provide some feedback.

Yes. That is the message! But I've create much users and I cannot access to his webmail. Example: user prova pwd: Pr0v4!!!

I always receive that message. When I access in a samba folder or ssh  that'ok.

I don't understand

1. Did webmail ever work.
2. Have you modified SME or added contribs ?

No. I've simply installed and normally I've add some users. Stop

Take a look at your message log. It should show the log in attempt.

Are you using a langauge other than english? I think remember seeing something about problems using one of the translations.
