Hey

I have a problem with the daily rkhunter scan, the only issue has been the ssh root login (which is because I have ssh login available) but todays scan shows the following :

etc/cron.daily/01-rkhunter:

Line:
  [ Warning! (unusual files found) ]
Line:   [ Warning! (unusual files found) ]
Watch out Root login possible. Possible risk!
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Found warnings:
[04:03:40] Warning: root login possible. Change for your safety the 'PermitRootLogin'

The contribs I have installed are : phpsysinfo, phpmyadmin, htaccess/htpasswd and awstats

Could one of these produce the above warnings?

I don't know about the

but see bug 166 in the bugzilla for the rest of it

I'm sure the warning is something to do with awstats as I installed the contrib last night and have only just started to receive the warning.
