Title: Divert calls to external number on selintra

Hi All,

Can someone point me to the instructions for diverting an extension to an external number. I have searched the docs and turned on the permission using *24* but all the other keypad operations refer to diverting to internal extensions not an external telephone number. Thanks in advance.

Hi Del

Same as local....

*21*external number

will divert immediate

*22*external number

will divert on busy

and so on.

Only difference is, because it may take a while (in the case of say, a mobile), we play a message which says "please hold while we try to connect you".
