Hi,
Just host one domain web site and mail is hhosting by their ISP. we can't send any email to this domin from my network.

I understand the issue, but you need to describe more, not just say "I can't send from my network"
Does that meanyou're in the same network, or seperate, is it only you thats being blocked, how long has it happened and etc.

since i host this www site.

2. Is there an A or MX record setup in dns?

domain not registered to me and their ISP is holding the MX and point www to my server.
