Title: Hosting only web site but can't send email to this Domain

Just host one domain web site and mail is hhosting by their ISP. we can't send any email to this domin from my network.

Does that meanyou're in the same network, or seperate, is it only you thats being blocked, how long has it happened and etc.

2. Is there an A or MX record setup in dns?

i create virtualdomain and set the hostnames like this
