Title: contribs.org is unreachable when using TCP window scaling

Hi all

FYI...

Somehow i seemes that TCP window scaling wich is used in eg. FC5 makes it impossible to connect to contribs.org.

Maybe this ought to be adressed ;-)

But this isn't a SME7 bug.

It's a contribs.org site-bug.
- Do correct me if i'm wrong, and i'll use the bug tracker.

The Bug Tracker has a category for website issues.
