Title: Ok, so which ISOs are what?
Post by: AndrewR on November 02, 2006, 06:10:22 PM
I feel kinda dumb asking.. but could someone answer the following for me:

I'm looking at the ISOs for SMEServer 7.0... and I see 3 potential ISOs that I could download. Problem is, I don't know which ones to DL. So.. for now, I have downloaded the following ones:

smeserver-7.0.iso
smeserver-7.0-SRPMS.iso
smeserver.iso

What are the differenecs between the 3... what CD would do what exactly?

I'm almost a total noob when it comes to Linux, so keeping it simple would be appreciated. Thanks.

You needed only the first or third on the list. They are the same. The second one contains the source rpm's (SRPM). These are used by developers I beleive
