Hi
I have crashed my SME 7, it can´t boot anymore. (Kernel panic)
Is there a way to reinstall/repair it?
I think it crashed because i did a uninstall of the openssl Don´t know why I did it, but it happend.
Please Help

Thanks for fast response
In the server-manager i selected the openssl under installed software and clicked uninstall.

try to boot from the SME cdrom and select UPGRADE option when you have a choice.

When/where can I select the UPGRADE option.

Boot from the SME7 CD, and as you move through the steps like you were going to install, it will search for an existing copy on your hard drive, and ask if you want to install or upgrade.

It automaticaly start a clean install. Can´t select upgrade.
I have installed SME 7 on another HDD, and are almost up running again.

The upgrade selection is only there if you have a current installation of SME 7, but becuase your install had kernel panic it may have destoryed the SME Partition.
