Title: ClamAV update
Post by: entpneur on November 06, 2006, 01:04:17 AM
I've a SME server running for months now and it works beautifully, but one thing I noticed, the ClamAV updates everyday but the the version still remain at 0.88.4, is this normal? as the new stable version of ClamAV is already 0.88.6.

I've search thru the forum but seems like no body facing the problem except me.  Please advise if there is something I need to be done.

TQ!

It's in the bugtracker.

Hi,

I am still at version 88.4 on my server. I do not have the updates testing repo enabled.

Is 88.4 the latest "production" release for SME7?

(I looked at the bug but it seems to be a recommendation from the ClamAv team that we move to 88.6 or even .90rc2)

It's the latest version that normally Charlie/Shad has done for our SME Server, it's more a matter of time when someone gets round to updating it for our server

The new version hit the yum repositories last night.

Thanks to the devs for their work.
