Just a quick question on getting this.  Do I FTP to the "Current folder" and DL that ISO?  The instructions keep mentioning 355 MB, and this ISO 5.1.2 is 266 MB.  I'm a touch confused...

Don't be confused, it's only 266 MB (I'm quite certain because I've downloaded it)
