Title: Yum updates - Default Repositories.
Post by: william_syd on December 10, 2006, 12:38:32 AM
I read in the bug tracker that the default enabled yum repositories are going to be expanded to include CentOS-Base and CentOS-Updates.

I did a recent smeserver-yum update and this now seems the case.

Can someone confirm that it is ok to take all the updates that Server-Manger now tells me are available?

William, the CentOS repos should be "visable" but NOT "enabled" by default.

If you updated via yum and those repos are enabled then this is not correct and should be reported to this bug:

Thanks
