Title: Limit outgoing EMails per hour

Hi,

I have a customer who sends out 7000 emails per week. This normally happens on a tuesday. Their current ISP (Eclipse Internet) has started blocking their smtp access and stating that they must limit their emails to less than 500 per hour! Is there a way to limit the sme server (ver 6) to only allow 500 emails per hour?

This is not exactly what you are asking for, but by making the concurrency settings low eg 1 or 2 or 3, then you will slow down email significantly.
