Hello folks. I am new to this software having just downloaded and installed the latest build (5.1) onto a 1U Intel-driven box. I have my own domain name and support my mail server here at home, and my www presence at my ISP. Everything works as I hoped but I have one issue...
* the default use of the webmail is depicted as
http://www.idyll.com/webmail
* my www site is hosted elsewhere (for the moment) and thus I need to change access to my webmail to something like
http://mail.idyll.com/webmail
I am not currently hosting my own DNS (again, for the moment) so my ISP owns DNS and has my "mail" directed to my home site, and my "www" directed to my hosted site.
Is there a simple change I can make as the GUI does not allow for this, or I can't find the spot.
I apprecaite your help.
regards,
patrick

Maybe add a virtual host named mail.idyll.com and figure out what needs to be changes in httpd.conf templates.
It may not that simple. I would figure out how to use the custom-template system and make appropriate changes. It should be doable.
/etc/e-smith/templates/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
