Post by: jvels on December 28, 2006, 08:52:27 PM
Hi

When I try search for my PCI card i got:

Code: [Select]

PCI Telephony Cards

There are currently no PCI Telephony cards registered on the system

I read: http://81.149.154.14/docs/cgi-bin/view/Main/DocChapter258

And get the values:
Code: [Select]

        Control: I/O+ Mem+ BusMaster+ SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Stepping- SERR+ FastB2B-

        Region 1: Memory at febfe000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=4K]

                Status: D0 PME-Enable- DSel=0 DScale=0 PME-

00:09.0 Class 0780: 1057:5608
        Subsystem: 1057:0000
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 169
        I/O ports at b800 [size=256]
        Memory at febfe000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=4K]
Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 2

Run:
Code: [Select]

db selintra-work set pci:1057:5608:1057:0000 sysdev probe wctdm zzeor EOR

Go to the server panel and comit... try again to search but no card :(

Some ideas? I should be a Digium clone X100P card...

[root@velsserver ast]# modprobe wcfxo

Hi,

Looking at your post I would guess that you have upgraded your system either with yum update or you are inadvertently running the smp version of the kernel.  Either can cause the problems you are seeing.

Do...

uname -r

at the console.

All of the Selintra asterisk rpms are compiled against the vanilla 7.0 34-EL and 34-ELsmp kernel.  There is a section in the docs covering this here...

http://81.149.154.14/docs/cgi-bin/view/Main/DocChapter2510

I think this will probably be your problem.

Kind Regards

Selintra

Hi

Code: [Select]

[root@velsserver ~]# uname -r
2.6.9-34.ELsmp

I have made the install on a fresh install SME

I have tryed to reboot my server, and choose the second of the option... and now my card is discovered   :D

But why because I have choose the second option now:

Code: [Select]

[root@velsserver ~]# uname -r
2.6.9-34.EL
