Title: Slow webmail login on large accounts with 7.1

After upgrading from 7.0 to 7.1, I have noticed very slow login times on IMP on mailboxes with large amounts of mail (9000+ messages takin up 500 meg).  Logging into webmail takes about a minute.  All of these messages are in the inbox and not in folders.  If I move a majority of the messages into  a folder, then logging in is fine.  Any suggestions on why or what has changed from 7.0 to 7.1 that would cause this...or what I could try next?

I'm noticing the same thing after going from 7RCx to 7.1.3.

Any fixes?

Maybe this should be posted on the bug tracker?

BTW, I was going to add a line about doing it before CharlieBrady scolds us...
