I have a new 7.0 install and would like to fresh install 7.1 without upgrading. Now that the cd no longer boots into the installer. How do I execute the install in the command prompt.
I've mounted the cdrom. Am able to browse the cd contents but am not seeing anything obvious as to the installer.
Any help would be great. Sorry for such a lame question.

Press <ENTER>. You will get a choice to reinstall after the installer detects that your system is upgradeable and defaults to upgrade.

not following ..
i'm logged in as root, at the hash
# mount /media/cdrom
# cd /media/cdrom
# ????
Also tried booting with CD .. which just gives the one line Linux, copyright line ... but nothing else.
<ENTER> has no effect at that point either.
