Where can i finde template or etc. to change pseudonyms for new users?

First, are you sure the psuedonyms described in the manual are not adequate for your users?

If not, my guess is that you could make low level changes.

On e-smith 4.1.2 (which apparently matches 5.1.2 which does not have the locate function) I found

# locate pseudonyms
/etc/e-smith/events/actions/update-pseudonyms
/etc/e-smith/events/actions/update-user-pseudonyms #This looks like the one to change.
/etc/e-smith/events/post-upgrade/S25update-pseudonyms
/etc/e-smith/events/post-upgrade/S25update-user-pseudonyms
/etc/e-smith/templates/var/qmail/users/assign/70pseudonyms
/etc/e-smith/web/functions/pseudonyms #This is another script you might have to change.
/etc/e-smith/web/panels/manager/cgi-bin/pseudonyms

Since the scripts you need to change are below the template level, I would be wary of making changes.  The next upgrade could be messy and you would be on your own for assistance.
