Title: Best way "HowTo" to enable Recycle Bin for all iba

Hello,

I see in some post HowTo activate the Recycle Bin in SME Server 7 not a "Real Clear HowTo"...

So How To activate the Receicle Bin for all ibays and personnal user's folder in a SME Server 7.0 / 7.1 ?

The Bug Tracker has some discussion and alternatives
there may be permission problems which is why there isn't an obvious current howto
