glibc and openldap are probably not in the repositories that are enabled by default. What repositories did you enable? Do you have extra repositories confiigured or is this a stock SME Server? What version of SME Server are you using?

I think there are two ways:
- Disable Centos -addons (temporary) as this probably holds a package that expects something that can not be found in the enabled repositories
- Option two is to also enable the Centos - base repository as this (probably) holds the required dependencies.[/list:o]My suggestion is to go with the first option, as this will install tested SME Server stock RPM's.
The SMEServer - os repository holds packages to satisfy both dependencies, the version number is the same but the revision number is a little bit different:
- openldap-2.2.13-6.4E.i386.rpm (http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/releases/7/smeos/i386/repodata/repoview/openldap-0-2.2.13-6.4E.html)
- glibc-2.3.4-2.25.i386.rpm (http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/releases/7/smeos/i386/repodata/repoview/glibc-0-2.3.4-2.25.html)[/list:o]

Moving this topic to the SME Server 7.x forum, it is more appropriate there. Thanks!
