Title: Web Usage Tracking

I need to track web usage for users on a network in a secure fashion, what is the easiest way to do this?  I also need to set it up such that the normal system administrator cannot access this information due to our privacy policy so it would be best if the information could be sent to a secure location rather than stored and accessed locally on the gateway server.  Any help would be appreciated!!!

Have a search for SARG its what most people use here.
