Title: Modify user quota limits

I just did the upgrade to 5.1.2 from 5.0.  Went ok except the HD light came on and stayed on in the Post-Install configuration.  It never completed cleanly.  That may be part of this problem.

Modify user quota limits:
I set the limits but the Modify user quota limits console does not show the modifications.

Example:

Account: user
User Name: User Name
Limit with grace period (mb): 0
Absolute limit (mb): 0
Current usage (mb)   0.00
Modify...

This is AFTER I did the modify of 0 and 20...

Anyone have any input on this?
