Title: SAIL to SAIL with the same hostname

I'm trying to configure siblings in sail. I have one working fine now, and when trying to get a third one I stumbled in a problem: both of my remote locations carry the same hostname 'sme', the domains are different.
Is there a trick I can apply without having to rename the hosts?

Er... afraid not.  If the host names are the same it won't work.  It's a bitch I know but we couldn't think of a simple solution that allowed same names.

It's because we concatenate the two hostnames - AB and BA to give the peer and user entries in iax.conf.  There's probably a better way but it's very simple as long as the hostnames differ.
