Title: unsure about this thunderbird error

when one of my users tries to open their inbox i get this message
"The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded: Internal error. [and puts the date/time of the error here]

all the other files including the sub-inbox folders still open and download emails.

this is only happening for one user out of 40
