Hi, have used the sme server before but have forgotten how to setup.
I have a wireless router with modem built in - the belkin pre-n one (F5D8630uk4a) and basicly have the sme server setup as a server only connected to the wireless router. As I want it for webserver and email. I have setup domain and have a static ip from my isp, I have used this sme srver but had it as server and gatway with the same ip and using the same isp with no probs. But as my new router is all built in I will not be able to do this. Am I doing something wrong?

I assume your sme is now in server only mode.
In that case you need to forward required ports eg 80, 443 etc from the router to sme to suit the services you want to use.
I'm sure this is mentioned in the online manual so perhaps you better start reading.

Yeah read the manual and all that, fowarded port 80 and 443 but still no good. Had this before and when I installed it as a server and gateway, and confiured the network layout to suit ie. modem and then the server, it worked fine. I have upgraded my router to an all in one and can't use the server as server and gateway. Will look at the router but I am sure it has been done right. Is there a firewall on the server that needs to be off?

Have you checked that those ports are open? Try using grc.com shields up to check
