hi,

anyone tried emailing to hotmail.com coz i did and got rejected and i was ask to ad this to my dns "v=spf1 mx ptr ip4:203.115.188.57 mx:mail.fortunesea.com.ph +all" any one can help me?

Hotmail uses "Sender Policy Framework" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sender_Policy_Framework to verify email senders.

You need to create a "TXT" record for your domain name containing the string you specified - or, you need to configure your SME to relay outbound email through your ISP's SMTP server.
