Hi All,

Please be aware that a fairly serious bug crept in to -434 to do with throttling on QoS.  It is forcing the QoS engine to assume vary small bandwidth for all operations.  

Until we fix this you should run with QoS turned off.

Apologies for the error - we don't often get it wrong, but when we do - it's a doozy!

As much as I don't want to say it, I am glad to here that's a bug Jeff.

It explains the problems we were seeing with the QoS turned on a couple of weeks back. ;-)
