Title: Connection error to server-manager after upgrade

Applied the latest upgrades to SME 7 and can no longer access server-manager via browser or ssh.  Anyone else have this?  I did try the solutions to a similar problem at
http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=30102.0
