I'm trying to install SME Server on my spare Desktop and I can't seem to get SME Server to acknowledge any of the Keyboards that I have. Below is my hardware configuration that I have maybe someone can help me figure this out.
MSI K8T Neo V *Motherboard*
Sempron 2800+ *Something like that or 2500+*
512 MD Ram DDR 400
SATA 40 Gig
CD-Rom Drive
Microsoft USB Keyboard/Mouse *Plugged into Cables to go 4 Port Switch*
I've tried plugging Keyboard/Mouse Directly into PC and still same problem. I've tried my other Keyboard/Mouse via USB directly in *Dell Keyboard/Mouse* and nothing will work. When it boots to the CD I can get to the Main CD Boot screen and press "Enter" and that loads into the Anaconda Screen of "Test Media" and all Function is lost in Keyboard/Mouse.
Tomorrow I'm going to bring it to work *I work at a Computer Shop* and try a PS/2 Keyboard but when I put the USB to PS/2 Adapters on my Motherboard it won't even recognize it in Windows so I think the PS/2 Ports are blown. I will test tomorrow. Has anyone heard of a problem while trying to install with USB Keyboard/Mouse?

I have used a USB keyboard on a Red Hat Ent. server install but not SME.
You might try enabling "USB Legacy Support" in your BIOS.
As for the USB to PS/2 keyboard adapters I've tried one but it didn't work. The PS/2 keyboard should do the trick.

All USB Options in the BIOS are Correct, There are only two Options and they are:
Enable USB Devices: Enabled
USB Legacy Support: Enabled
So I know that All USB Devices work because other Distrobutions have used like Fedora/Gentoo/Ubuntu/Kubuntu/Slackware. This seems to be a problem with the CentOS line of Distro's such as SME Server that I tried last night. Keyboard works up when you get to CD Boot Loader but once Anaconda Starts its like it can't find them anymore.
