Title: server-manager dead... reinstall?

The server-manager isn't accessible after the last upgrade.  Connection is refused when attempting access.  I've been through the forums and tried several solutions to no avail.  

This weekend I'll reload a fresh copy of sme onto the machine.  Any way to backup my users and groups without access to server-manager? We don't use the email or ibay's.

The bug was reported.  

I'm running out of time and would like to reinstall, the reason for the question above.
