Dear Jonathon
I'm guessing you need to setup a User in sme server manager, (www.yourdomain.com.au/server-manager) and then log on to your win pc with that combination of user name & password.
If you create an ibay be sure to make your User name a member of the Group that the ibay belongs to (or Everyone should do it too)

the group access is set to "every1"
i was able to connect with my win2k comp because it asked for a user and pass, so i logged in with the admin pass, but my win98 pc didnt ask for a login it just says no permission

Jonathan,
My settings are:
group: admin
filesharing: write=group read=everyone
pub access: local (no pass)
dyn content: disabled
This way I can access all the files without using a password. Works for Win98, Win2k and WinXP (only have those).
Good luck!
