Hi,
Anyone installed sugarcms - http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/wscott/SMEServer/sugar_how.txt
Just seeking an advice, when i come to SugarCRM installation - step2, my smeserver7.1.3 said...
Component Status
PHP Version Invalid PHP Version Installed: ( ver 4.3.9 )
Do i need to concern this message?
Thanks,
Daley

I just quickly followed the howto, and got the same error.
It seems to be impossible to bypass it as well....

Opps.. It can be bypassed... just didn't make it into the howto... sorry.
Search the forums .. it is there.
I'll add it in when I find it myself.
Found it..

edit install.php from your /opt/sugar/SugarOS-Full-4.5.0h directory and comment out the line $workflow[] = 'checkSystem.php';

Hi,
I have tried to install SugarCRM and succeded to fix the PHP version issue.
I have installed PHP5 as precised in this how-to
But now, ther is a new issue (always at 2nd step) :
MB Strings Module
Not found: SugarCRM will not be able to process multi-byte characters. This will impact receiving emails in character sets other than UTF-8.
Any help is welcome and I'll post how to fix it if I find.
Thanx in advance.

Remove what you have done and use the rpm.
