Title: email from Hotmail

When people try to send me email from hotmail, they get this error:

I have added *@hotmail.com to my whitelist. any help? thanks.

There was a short thread on a similar subject a couple of days ago. The short answer is RBL is before SA, and  you have the sorbs black list selected lin your RBL list. The white list is part of SA.

I was hoping there was a way round this also. I have found that some IP's owned by Hotmaill, and AOL are on the sorbs list.

thanks for that. I just took sorbs out of my RBL list. easiest fix?
