Title: Announce - New Mailstats with logterse

I have re-written the mailstats script to take advantage of the logterse qpsmtpd plugin.

I am using the planetmirror as ibiblio seems to be broken at the moment.

Differences are that logterse reduces the amount of noise in the logs, and also holds together all the details of each email transaction, resulting in a much more understandable and reliable set of statistics.

I have been using the new versions on most of my servers for about a month, with no problems.

I am hoping that someone will step in an (re)build the mailstats rpm, and that also the devs will incorporate the logterse plugin into the base for 7.2.

All bugs in logterse or mailstats should be logged in the bug tracker, and I will do my best to address them.
