This should do the trick...
http://www.schirrms.net/files/smeserver-fetchmail-1.3.5-01.noarch.rpm
In the server manager, part 'Collaboration' you should find a 'Mail Retrieval' option.

Hi bpivk and byte
Sorry to disturb again. When I try to use command
rpm -Uvh smeserver-fetchmail-1.3.5-05.noarch.rpm
the system need e-smith-email >= 4.16.0-18 they said
error: Failed dependencies:
e-smith-email >=4.16.0-18 is needed by smeserver-fetchmail-1.3.5-01.noarch
When I check my version by
rpm -q e-smith-email it said my version is e-smith-email-4.16.0-14
I already install update by sme Software installer to SME Server 7.11
I'm also try to search e-smith-email-4.16.0-18
but no file I can download. It just the broken link.

I've made a simplified version of Schirrm's HowTo on the wiki:
http://wiki.contribs.org/Fetchmail
It uses yum install instead of rpm.
I dont know if that would help you.
Both methods works for me and I could not replicate your problem.
In my installs there have not been any dependency issues at all.
The only odd thing I've discovered is the software version in your post:
"smeserver-fetchmail-1.3.5-05.noarch.rpm"
I can only se "smeserver-fetchmail-1.3.5-01.noarch.rpm" on schirrm's site.
I hope it's a typo...
