Title: Perl Scripts in CGI
Post by: Nev Filby on March 07, 2002, 08:45:57 AM
I can't get my scripts to run. I'm not receiving any error. I have set permissions. Hitting on a submit button just displays same page. I have used this script on other servers and had sucess. Appreciate any advice.

Nev,

If you are using an ibay I assume you have enabled CGI when you created the Ibay in the server-manager.

Make sure your scripts are set to a global owner such as shared.  I had to same problem when I ftp'd my scripts into a user account but moved them into the primary html.  Nothing worked until I chown'd all the scripts to shared.
