Title: permission denyed to server?

i can view all the conmtents of the server (e-smith latest iso) on my win2k box but not on 1 win98 box on the lan, all the comps are cofigured EXACTLY the same
tcp/ip, fileshare, ipx/spx, netbios, dhcp, etc

any ideas?
