Title: ClamAV fails to update

Hi,

I get the following when I try to update clamAV ... using freshclam:

It used to work without any problems....

Can anyone give me a clue how to solve this? It's annoying getting messages every hour about this ....

Did you try:

sv d freshclam
rm -f /var/clamav/mirrors.dat
sv u freshclam

Looks like we are on the wrong version of clamav....again.

[root@myserver clamav-0.94]# freshclam

Would be nice to get updated. Currently it's stopping all freshclam updates as well as all outbound mail (desktop client to server). Well I guess I could turn off email scanning for now and then email would work again but I thought that part of the purpose of antivirus was to scan email.

As will always be the case when a new upstream version of clamav is released, and the devs have not yet created a rpm of the new version for sme.
It's not really a problem as the message says:
"DON'T PANIC! Read http://www.clamav.net/support/faq"

That's not correct, you are up to date as the above messages advise.

That's likely to be some other problem. Check the log files for qpsmtpd.
