Title: Can Quotas be set for iBays?

I love the new Quotas feature of version 5.1.2 but I'd like to control uploads to my iBays as well.  It doesn't appear that the quota feature only monitors the files a User has in his/her Home directories.  Can I do something to limit the iBay as well?
