Title: Internet access with LDAP

We are installing the e-smith server and want to define policies to access internet services (http,ftp,...) using LDAP. Also we want define policies based on hours. Deny http from 9:00 to 5:00, etc. Is it possible to do it with the basic configuration or is their an addon.
