Can someone help me I have got an SME 7.1 server which is the gateway for a number of client PCs, I need to know where to look to see where a user has been and what they have done,
is this much detail actually recorded or just websites accessed?
Where do I look?

Check the SARG contrib here.
You'll need smeserver-sarg and sarg.
