Title: Reusing old emails accounts in SME 7.0

I need to reused an email account of an employeed who came back to work in our office. Because when he left the first time I deleted the account, and now that I want to create it again, the SME doesn't allow it.

What can I do?? Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
