Title: Using google mail server for outgoing messages?

Can some one tell me if it is possible to tweak the smtp-auth-proxy to use the gmail secured SMTP server to send mail from my SME Sevrer? It seems my provider has blocked my smtp port and is also not willing to provide mailrelay :-(
