That depends on what you actually mean by "setup DNS". DNS is setup already, when you install and configure the software. Have you read the Users Guide?

I mean can I configure the "bind" on SME server for internal or external?

because we has virtual domain on each web.

SME server does not use 'bind', it uses tinydns, but tinydns is only used for publishing local names for internal use only.

Internet facing DNS name management is best done by professional service providers. Many of those exist and are free or inexpensive. Your domain name registrar probably also does DNS management.

Have you read the SME server documentation?
